We do weddings from £500 up to £3000, so it is entirely up to you and your budget. We can help guide you to choose the right designs to fit in with your budget and flower ideas.
How many weddings do you do a day?
We only take on one wedding per day, so we can devote all our time to that customer.
Can you do all the flowers for my wedding?
Yes, we do everything from bridal bouquets and buttonholes to decorating churches, marquees, barns, hotels, gardens, private houses, beaches –a complete flower decoration service. This includes pedestal displays, archways, pillars, mezzanines and table centres to name a few.
How many florists will be working on my wedding?
Melanie oversees everything for your wedding supported by her dedicated team of four. She will be your point of contact for meetings and telephone, email support. On the wedding day itself there will be Melanie and 1 or 2 other team members depending on the size of your wedding.
Do you supply props?
Yes, we have a vast selection of props ranging from a myriad selection of vases, jam jars, apothecary bottles, mirrored items, wood, terracotta, porcelain urns and plinths, fairy lights, candles, battery lights, lanterns and much, much more. We also have the finishing touches with masses of ribbons in lace, raffia, twine, satin, chiffon with embellishments like brooches, pearls, diamante and crystals. We are always sourcing new stock and have quirky items like vintage suitcases, wheelbarrow, trellis and vintage pots and tins. We also design and make our own props, so we have certain items that are unique to us. This can all be viewed at our workshop.
Where can I see your work?
You are welcome to come to our workshop and view our portfolios full of our own wedding flower images. Our website gallery will also give you a taster of our flowers, while our facebook page has specific wedding albums. You can also visit us at venues when we are decorating for a wedding and we do several wedding fairs a year.
Where do you get your flowers from?
We have trusted suppliers both locally and in Holland with contacts in Covent Garden. We also grown our own herbs, foliage and flowers and often go foraging in the woods.
Do you know my venue?
We most probably do as we have been in this business many years. We have our regular venues which we know very well, but equally can work wherever you want us to. We can do church and venue visits if necessary.
What is your style of floristry?
Our flowers speak for themselves, but we think we are a diverse florist, because our weddings are all so different ranging from classic, meadow, country, natural, contemporary, stylised and simplistic. We pay particular attention to detail and those little touches that make your wedding flowers unique.
